Australian Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender has so many fantastic benefits for you and is one of the main oils & plans we use here at Herbal & Herbs. There is nothing more special then seeing the amazing flowers grow into the magical purple buds they are.

Lavender has been used for centuries for many different things from relaxing/calming ones mind to stings, cuts & burns.

Our Organic Lavender Essential oil is steam distilled right here in Australia using the flowers & stems.

How to use topically – Dilute Lavender by adding 3-4 drops into a teaspoon of H&H Unscented Massage Oil & massage into skin. Never use directly on skin without dilution. Tip – Suffering a headache? Simply add 3 drops Lavender to 3 drops Peppermint in a teaspoon of massage oil and massage back of neck, temples and with the remaining on your hands inhale the aroma.

In your diffuser – Simply add a few drop into your diffuser.

Store in a cool dry place. keep away from children. Do not get into eyes or nose & if pregnant please consult a health care professional before purchasing.
